Ive contacted Torqueless without reply (might be hunting, or busy).

Im looking to order one but am unsure what wrist style I want/need. I think a high wrist is in order for my preferred grip style, but dont really know without trying it.

Does anyone know if you can exchange a new grip with them for the same grip with a different wrist height?

I ordered one with a mid grip for my pure and didn;t like how it felt.called them and they said send it back will make it low for you. Good people .

Why is it people forget what a phone is? CALL them they are very nice people and full of information. These are people that started with a hobby and it exploded on them. They are not a big company they are a Mom and Pop operation. They are very limited in what they can do--------CALL them you will get a better response and straight forward advice, better than E-mail. As far as return I really don't know but remember your ordering a CUSTOM product and I wouldn't blame them if the refuse.
