Has anyone ever come across any type of spreadsheet or online calculator that would allow one to estimate the trajectory of an arrow at any given distance?

I have no access to anything beyond 25 yards right now, but would like to arrange my pins in a 25, 35, 45 configuration. It would seem that there would be an equation that would allow a person to factor in an arrow's mass and velocity then determine if a top pin is zeroed in at 25 yards, the second pin will hit xx-inches high at 35 yards and a third pin xxx-inches high at 45 yards.

I know it can't be too precise without knowing all the variables such as surface area and angle of vanes, etc., but surely something out there can get me close.
