I bought a few hawk hang on stands a couple years back and have been very pleased with the stand itself. It was commonly known that the cam buckle straps were junk but hawk always replaced them. But for the better part of 2 1/2 years replacement straps haven’t been available on their website and all my stands will need new straps for next year. Anybody else run into this and found another strap with the molded hook ends?

Looking at the Hawk website they seem to have two styles, one with flat hooks and the other with a versa button type set-up, I would think in either case you could safely convert to a chain or ratchet strap.

Ratchet straps USA has a great selection of straps, ratchet and cam buckle, hook, loop, and endless, I order all of my replacement stand and ladder straps from them, just check the working load.

One option is to cutoff the OEM hooks and remove the ratchet. Send the hardware to CGM in TN and have them sew new webbing onto your hooks and ratchets. Sending him a entire OEM strap would also help with taking measurements. It's a option.
