Anyone have any experience with these? Have you found the sight pins to be exact as advertised?
I just broke my 3 pin mounting bracket (my fault). I have ordered a new bracket, but was thinking about upgrading it to the React V5. I love the vertical pins. Only thing is that I prefer 3 pins instead of 5. But they no longer make the 3 pin vertical.
Thoughts?

I noticed they don't make the 3 pin any longer, I have the 5 pin sight and I have it on my third string bow. I could never get used to the pin clutter just wasn't accurate enough(for me) to use it all the time. Couldn't imagine using the 7 pin. This technology does work if you Range your yardage correct, 20 and 40 yard I believe? I decided on a Green dot sight, less clutter and I find it more comfortable.

They have the react pro trio. Not all vertical pins but one of the pins is vertical and other two horizontal.

I talked with one of the engineers at the show hell of a nice guy. You may want to look at the H5 it has a built in tool for the micro adjust for the pins.

I would agree on pin clutter with the vertical but if it what you like I would check the classifieds for one.

I have never been a fan of the vertical pins myself. If you don't like the 5 pin one sight that may interest you would be the double pin fast eddie from spot hogg. It has 2 fiber optics in one vertical pin on a moveable sight. Their new sight has a double pointer so once you setup your sight tape the second pointer will always tell you exactly what distance it is set at. I played with a double pin last year and when I set my sight at 25 yards my second pin was right on at 40 yards. I had troubles aiming as precisely with the second pin, I don't like to have a black pin above and below the fiber optic I aim with. But it does make for a really good just-in-case pin for people like me that don't like to use it but could in a hunting situation if I did not have the ability to move my sight to the exact yardage.

Go with the Pro models, either React Trio Pro or just React Pro 5 pin...they are very nice sights with some of the brightest pins you'll find. The adjustments are very easy and precise.

interested in these as well. I like the idea of fiber optic yardage marker indicators. My aging eyes have trouble seeing tape yardage markers without the use of my readers at the end of my nose.

I have a React 5 and a React one, both sighted in easy and accurate. You will have to be faster then 250fps and I think 265fps on some of the others. My React 5 is the new style, looks a lot better quality over the past years models.

Thanks for the info guys. I think I am going to give it a try and keep my 3 pin as a backup.

I have two Reacts on hunting bows. They work very well. Go with 5 pin and don't worry; the extra yardage comes in handy at 3-D and when showing off of your friends. I have the orig models I think the pro version is aluminum and has a few nice bells and whistles, notably a 3rd axis adjustment. Any questions send me a PM and I'll try to help

LOL. Thanks. I did not really consider the 3D angle. I did just start shooting some 3D last summer. Not competitively, but just to keep in practice for hunting. I would like the Pro series, but just a little too rich for my blood at the moment. Especially after just laying out the dough for this all new set up (see sig)

I currently have the React V5 on my Bow Madness 34. That sight doesn't have a lot of adjustment to it when setting the React pins. I think my bow is shooting a bit too fast for it because I'm bottomed out on my up adjustment and still hitting an inch high at 30 yards. But it's a great sight. I might drop the poundage a little and adjust a few other things to get it dead on.

I know this is an old thread, but hopefully you can answer me. When they say faster than 250fps, is that rated, or actual? my actual is closer to 260fps right now with the bow I have.
