I know that I want to go with one of the above drop away rests (Trophy Taker, Trophy Ridge, or QAD Ultra-Rest). I'm just not sure which one.
Both the Trophy Taker and the Trophy Ridge come with the self-adhesive pad to help with the arrow clanging against the riser shelf. How effective are those pads?
I'm concerned with both arrow noice and arrow stability prior to drawing the bow. I'm also concerned that if the shot doesn't develop, the arrow will make noice or not stay on the shelf when I have to let the arrow back down.
The QAD Ultra-Rest has the locking feature to keep the arrow in the capture position, even if you have to let the arrow down after the draw. How effective is that locking feature?
Please help.
Thanks
