I have a Tru Ball pro diamond hunter series release and while shooting at the range today, I notice that the jaws are not fully opening when I am shooting. So I look at a little and play with the trigger and it felt liked it was working as advertised. I nock another arrow draw back settle my pin and release. Well problem not solved release jaws did not fully open and upon release the loop had problems releasing. I was wondering if anyone might have any suggestions on fixing this problem before I have to send it back to tru ball.

HAve you opened the head to see what is keeping the release from going off?

Is this a new release?
