Got a new tru fire thumb release and after shooting about 15-20 shots,I accidentally dropped it on my concrete garage floor, and of course it landed just "perfect" on the handle and broke it.I was upset as I just got this release and broke it already,it was my fault though.I emailed tru fire to see if anything could be done to fix it.I got an email back saying no problem, lifetime warranty, just ship it to them.I shipped it out on Wed. and got it back Sat.It only cost me $2.63to ship.Thank you Tru Fire :thumbs_up

Yes,I was very suprised that they would fix it for at no cost to me,since it was my fault. But yea, knowing that they will take care of their customers, that is enough to keep my business now and in the future.P.S. I shot it and it works great, thanks again Tru Fire:)
