I just bought a press and am wanting to learn about tuning my own bows, I plan on doing a lot of thread checking about tuning bows but being a lefty i was wondering if anything was done opposite for tuning when doing left handed bows compared to right handed bows.

Anything elevation related is the same. With L/R issues they are reversed. I am a LH shooter and try to think of into or away from the riser. Then the fix is the same. Many pro shops, even the really good ones have a difficult time thinking left handed.

Lefty also. The one other thing I found out what was in reference to the D Loop - better to use a left handed tied D Loop (was told this by a couple of people so I learned to tie it that way).

yes, direction of the knots on a d-loop for a right handed bow, should be reversed for lefties, just like everything else.
