Whatever fixed or mechanical broadhead you like will do it. The key is putting the arrow through the kill zone about the size of a tennis ball, or breaking the spine. A lot of people like wide cut mechanicals for a little better chance of cutting through vitals. I've killed them with NAP Gobbler Getters (basically a round nosed Spitfire), old Thunderhead 125's and old Muzzy Phantom 4-blade 125's. I've never had any penetration problems at all. In fact, I've lost arrows under thick brush after passthroughs. If you don't hit vitals/spine, your chances of recovery are poor. So far, I've never lost one, but I've passed on any shot that wasn't perfect. I've never tried the head looping broadheads, because I usually don't hunt with a blind. Every bird I've killed has standing still, in full strut.
