I am using the 150 gr. tomohawks this year, never used them before. What slot do I put the rubber bands on, and do I use 1 or 2 bands. Thanks

They should have come with the rubberbands on the slot you need to use. This is my first year using them as well, I am goin' with one band as it seems to me that two are too tight, but I'm not shooting over 300 per second either.
