The camera flash makes it look lighter than it really is. It isn't faded at all, and comes with the snap on orange. The padded seat is really thick and great if you have to be setup for a long time. :thumbs_up

I know you can adjust the straps a pretty good ways. I'll try and get some pictures of it on tonight. I am about 6'-2" and 205# so that should give you an idea. :thumbs_up
