How did they get cracked? Did they come that way or was it from shooting groups?

It took over a month but I finally got my cracked arrows replaced. I had 2 arrows crack at the nock end. The first one I threw away before thinking I could try and get them replaced. I sent in a note with the single cracked arrow telling them I had 2 crack but I threw one away. They sent me 2 new arrows to replace the cracked ones. Pretty good of them I thought since they could have just replaced the one I returned.

They didn't come that way and it wasn't from contact so I have no idea........

carbon arrows
When I get a dozen new carbon arrows I always cut 1 inch off the back so they have a less chance of cracking. The way they manufactor the arrows there are sometime hair line carcks on the ends. Cutting each end fixes that.
