Have a look at the manufacturer’s web sites as most will have accurate details of the weights of the components that they make, as I don’t know what you are using it would be no good giving you the average weights it would be meaningless.
Some good sites that I have seen are the Easton site http://www.eastonarchery.com/downloads.asp and the Gold Tip site http://www.goldtip.com/downloads/index.htm on both of these you will have to download the PDF format catalogue as the details are on this and not the web pages, for carbon express look at their components guide http://www.carbonexpressarrows.com/components_line_jammer.shtml . for vanes it all depends feathers or vanes look at the sites already mentioned have details but you could also look at; http://www.vmaxvanes.com/products.aspx?header=1&vmax=sizes or http://www.flexfletch.com/vane.htm there are lots more these are just a few its all out there, the gold tip web site has a useful F.O.C. and kinetic energy calculator, happy shooting
The best purchase I have ever made for archery was OnTarget "Software for Archers". It is available as a trial download at pinwheelsoftware.com. You plug in the components and it tells you the weight and if the arrow is spined for your bow, wt of arrow, FOC and many other things.
