I'm still testing, but my best scores were coming with 3" flex fletch on 2613 Eastons. However, I am beating those scores (not enough times for a good average yet) with little teany ACC 3-39's and 1.8 Shield cut Flex Fletch 
To me, that means that something just ain't right with those 2613's yet.
I decided to get an arrow actually spined properly for my bow and am building a set of 2314's tonight with 3" feathers and a set with 4" flex fletch.
