I recently ordered strings from VT based on the sticker on my bow (SL etc). Turned out the sticker was wrong (I was stupid for not looking at tuning charts). Received the strings as promised from VT. They had already fulfilled their end of it. When I told them how I had screwed it up they offered to give me a complete new set of strings and cables for 50% off. They were in no way obligated to correct MY dumb mistake and they were out a set of strings that were in my colors and that they could not sell, but they squared me away anyway. They have been nothing but nice and will have my business always. Great company
