Anybody having trouble getting sights or parts for sights? I've been waiting 2 weeks for 2 pins and a sunshade. My dealer talked to them today while I was there and got the runaround. They don't have a clue when he is getting his order shipped, not just my parts but a stocking order for sights as well.

well who is your dealer? they might just be out of stock at your dealers suplier
because it didnt take me very long to get my scope and stuff.

i sent them an email, got their new phone # (which, i can't find at the moment) and called to order a new pin and fiber optics. they came pretty quickly...no compaints

Viper has serious problems. Multiple sights ordered in January and nothiing but runaround and no delivery!! Orders are now canceled. This is not to mention the problem with delivery of the pliers!
