Has anyone on here had to communicate with VBG? I have e-mailed and left messages with no response. Doesn't say much for their customer service. By the way, I left the messages with customer service.:mad:

I called there direct number when I ordered my sight and had no problems.If you go to there web site they have there number posted,you might try that.Good luck.

That's where I got the number from. I went to the customer service line and left the messages for them to call me. I also went to the "contact us" section and emailed them. This was earlier this week. Maybe they are closed this week.
Does anyone have the instructions for the VBG triangle that they could post or fax to me?
I bought here and it didn't have instructions on how to set up.

I just called them back. They were very helpful and are faxing me the instructions today. Oh well, maybe I didn't call and e-mail them:embara: . Man, it's tough getting old.:confused:
