Hello all,

I have a W&W TF Apecs riser. There is a damping system called TFS on the riser. I shoot the riser for 2 years now and in the beginning I could even hear the TFS working at every shot, always a little "plock" at each shot, now the sound has gone...... Can anyone confirm that the inside of this damping system has changed and why. In my TFS there is a little silicone bal, from my local dealer I heard that in the latest TF Apecs risers there is no silicon bal in the damping system

When I spoke to the owner of W&W last year, he told me the material the silicone ball is made of deteriorates so it has to be replaced quite often. That's why the product was discontinued.
