I am looking for a nice bow for under 200 dollars for my friend. Bare bow as I have things I am donating to help him out so I only need a bare bow.

28 inch draw length- He doesnt like to shoot over 60 lbs. THanks!

Not exactly to your specs, but could be that way easily. There's a good looking bear truth in the hunting bows listed at $200. Looks like a good bow.
