I am looking for a archery deer hunt for my father and I. He hunts with a cross bow from his wheel chair. He hunts on a regular basis out of a ground blind without any issues getting to and from the field via his 4x4 wheelchair. We really just need to make sure that he would have access to a good place to hunt from a ground blind and he would have access to lodge/home. He does have portable ramps so a few stairs is not an issue. We went to Montana last year for a archery hunt and he didn't have any issues. Open to almost anywhere but were thinking of Illinois, Kansas, or Missouri. Also, we want it to be fair chase, so please no high fences.
