To me, the easiest method is to spray them with Trophy Ridge No Snow Spray (made for the Whisker Biscuit). Spray until slightly wet (not soaked) and let dry. Bohning's waterproofing powder works well, too. Put some in a Ziploc bag, place the nock end of an arrow in the bag and shake the bag until the feathers are coated. Take it out and shake the excess off. If you shoot through a WB, I recommend wiping off any powder on the shaft, as it will make your arrows squeak on the draw.
i prefer the bohning powder i use the other product on my biscuit tried once on feathers but the powder has proven itself i will take mine out in all conditions bdhunter is exactly right on the process he has done this before obviously ;-)
