don't know about the $65 saw, but I have the 8,000 rpm saw (better bearings) for $85. It also comes with rollers for an arrow spinning device. This is basically the Cabelas saw which costs much, much more.

I have one and it is excellent for making a few dozen arrows a year and should last many, many years. If you are looking for business production of arrows, I'd look to Easton's Pro saw or Apple.
