thought I would be deer hunting in the rain Saturday but it missed us.
Got to wondering,,what will my 2005 Switchback do if soaking wet? Slower and lower impact???
Anyone 'dunked' their bow and run a test group?

We shoot 3d in the rain alot

Down pours at times.

Effects feathers more than anything.

It really doesnt effect the arrow that much. Maybe a couple of inchs at 40yrds.

I would just allow an inch or two higher on all shots.

Like DB said.....we shoot 3D tournaments in the rain often...

it takes a real down pour to have any affect on the POI at all, and then it would be as a result of the rain on the arrow, not the bow itself.

At hunting distances should not notice any change.
