I have used a trophy ridge drop zone on my hunting bow for years now and never had a problem with it. I am looking at the Drop Slide for my 3-d bow. Anyone tried it? How is it, or should I go LD or QAD? Please help gonna buy soon.

I put one on my bow and really, really like it. It's very well built, rugged, smooth as butter, dead quiet and is nice and sleek(looks good on the bow). I'll be holding onto mine for quite some time.

I agree with the posts above - it is today's smoothest and quietest dropper.

How well does it contain the arrow in a hunting situation? It looks like it would. Also, where does the cable attach? It does not say on their site. Thanks.

Cord attaches to the down cable as with most other droppers..

I hunted one for 2 years and never had an issue with the arrow falling off..the cradle of the rest itself holds the arrow well, and in conjunction with the shelf mounted foam holder, it's a pretty secure set up.
