What are speed nocks and do they work

pse list ibo as 324-332 which is a tad confusing. I think one is ata the other IBO or somefink

looks like 324 is the more realistic from my experience when using the online calculator
They always list a range to cover efficiency of limbs at different draw weights.

324 = 50#/250gr arrow
332 - 70#/350fr arrow

OP...if you are at 27"DL, 70#, 350gr arrow and the IBO is 332 you can expect to get 295-299 for actual speed.

As far as speed nocks, they reduce string oscillation which results in less noise, less vibration and more speed.

If you are considering new strings check out JBK Bowstrings he makes an excellent set (the best IMO) at a great price and will put on the speed nocks in the factory locations.
