1 - KInda depends on your draw lenght, doesn't it? Most are fine in the 28 - 29" DL range, after that it gets dicey. Would being a variable, can't sau exactly where without scaling the bow.
2 - Again draw length and arrow choice dependant. The ones I've set up are middle of the road, doing around 170 fps with a 1916.
Note - in the past a number of Impala can in under marked weight wise. Ie, it may not be 50#.
