What changes would you like to see in Hoyt's 2024 hunting bows?

Honestly, if I was in charge. Not much if anything. Good thing I'm not in charge, huh?

What would I like? More speed without being less forgiving to shoot or with a noticeably worse draw cycle. A cam with 1/4” DL adjustments and a wider range of letoff adjustment. A way to tune without a press. A lower cost.

What do I expect? Some slight “this will reduce vibration” thing and maybe a slightly different ATA on basically the same cams. I don’t see them doing much more than minor tweaks and different ATA for the next handful of years unless some new fad shows up or some drastic change in efficiency tech happens.

My first ask of Hoyt would be overlapping the rotating mods. They should never jump from 29 in mod 1 to 29.5 in mod 2 on the Ventum 33/Ventum 33 Pro/VTM 34, because that KILLS the speed for a lot of people.

And if you're updating the mods, you may as well tweak the cams for more speed, or provide speed options on the same bow.

I can imagine Hoyt creating some small tweaks to the RX7 Ultra to make it lighter, by going to a 33" ATA to shorten the riser and tweaking the cutouts.

Cut some weight. Vtm 34 was 5.2 pounds.
Longer brace height on the aluminum version. That might help with the balance. They are very top heavy and really want to tip forward compared to my axius ultra and highline.
The highline is a winner. Maybe a 1/2” shorter brace for a bit more speed but that all I can come up with for that bow. It’s a shooter.
