Hunted last night, climbed up in my stand & I look where theres a 1 acre spot thats always soaked with rain and the farmer never plants. Well this year he planted it & it must have held rain along time. This 1 acre bean spot is now BRIGHT GREAN and is in a half corn half beans (300 acres corn, 100 acres beans, all the rest are yellow). The problem is, that this is a DEER MAGNET, when it stopped raining I ended up seeing my big buck as well as 8 other deer in that little patch of green. I have no way to cut the deer off as they go to that green field as its half corn where theyre coming out of. Also, I watched deer from over 1/4 mile walk to this spot just to eat. Im not sure what to do. I dont have a groundblind, nor do I think one would work where theyre at, way to obvious. Blah!
