I was just curious what sort of items you guys like to keep in your archery tackle boxes. Items such as multi-tools, extra nocks, extra stab weights, nock point pliers, d-loop material or an extra string/cable....anything like that. Maybe by having a collaboration on what everybody keeps in their boxes, we may find some useful tools to add to our own boxes that could come in handy.

What kind of boxes are we talking about? The ones we all have at our homes, or the ones we carry with us?

The one I carry with me has extra washers, rubber bands for my release, release rope, nocks, razor blades, stabilizer weights, sight tape, basic screws, and allen wrenches. I need to beef this up though.

Some things that might come in handy would be a lighter, some B-50, a level, a book of all of your bows measurements (peep location, draw weight, axle to axle, etc.), sharpening stone for Montecs or replacement blades, loop pliers, fiber optic, and a measuring scale. I'm sure there are dozens of other tools that would be useful.

I carry everything that I need to handle any emergency. If it gets broke, I have the tools with me to fix it. I am amazed at how many times I have had to whip out my Bowmaster and press someone's bow.

Nocks
Bow square
Torch
Glue
D-loops
Serving tool
Crescent wrench
Allen wrenches
Knife
Bow press
Nock pliers
Field points
Spare screws and misc parts
Small spool of string material
Peep sight
Kisser buttons
Spare release
and more...

Good lord....I am not carrying all that stuff around.:embara:

If I need to do that kind of repair I am going home....

I keep some extra loop rope, nocks, serving thread, allen wrenches, hot melt, lighter, pen/pencil, pliers....and that is about it.

If I need something else when setting up a bow or something then I will bring it....but I am not carrying it around all the time.:)
