My wife and I were asked to shoot for the local bow shop, and they call us staff. Or you can go to one of the big shoots and get patches and say your staff. And my personal favorite, I bought a release in New York at the worlds and they gave me a staff shooter patch, and told me I was one of there staff shooters.
