It's spelled Yoke- and it's the split harness (V) or split "yoke" that attaches to one or more limbs on CPS/C.5/Dual and single cam bows.

It's the part of the cable that splits and goes to either side of the limb.

Nothing on a bow has a yolk
However there is a yoke and that would be on the cable. It's the part where the cable splits and attaches to the axle.
