My wife needs some new arrows for hunting. She shoots 52lbs and the arrows will be 24-25" long with 100 grn Stinger broadheads! I am looking at Carbon Express arrows
Carbon Rebals-10.7 gpi
Terminator Select-9.5 gpi
Terminator light hunter-9.4 gpi
CX Hunter-8.4 gpi
Which would you pick and what overall weight should i shoot for?

From your arrow choices I would go with the CX Hunters 8.4 grains. Although personally I would choose a lighter arrow for her. My arrows are only .6 grains heavier per inch. If you really want to stick with CE and don't mind spending the extra money I would get her some CX Blacks, the 200s weigh 7.3 gpi.

Im shooting CX Maxima-250 (7.3grn per in.) they are 26in. with 100grn. Montecs . My draw length is 26.5in. and I shoot a 55# draw. Thier total wieght is 320grns. Hope that helps ya!

Man...i must have read the thread wrong...

I THOUGHT THAT YOU WERE "HUNTING" HER!!! I DONT KNOW OF AN ARROW THAT WOULDN'T WORK....



SPEED = "LOUD" / "LOUDER" bow....meaning that you will / can get more vibration in the bow b/c the arrow does not absorb as much of the energy.

WEIGHT = "QUIET"..with more weight...opposite of the above.

At least that is what they tell me....ha ha...:wink:
