I am getting some new 3d Arrows and want to know whats a good FOC front of center %. I have TAP program but unsure on what I need or want

I'm looking at the Easton lightspeed 3d and the Victory Xringer HV'S

HuntersFriend recommends 7-15% FOC.

Gold tip recommends 8-12%.

Other 10-15%

Most agree that you should look to be on the top of the limit you choose...

I like 15%, but can't argue why.
