There is few Options these days, years back before CWD spread across the US There was a few more Options, 1 was Game Country but they have changed hands and only seem offers the Motor and Timers. But be aware that you will need a means to get to the top and fill one and Are you planning on using one on legs sitting on the Ground? I once used one. Put a 2 Inch Steel Pipe in the Ground with 3 bags of Concrete to support the weight of a 55 gallon Moultrie. It was 12 foot off the ground so needed a 10 ft ladder to fill it as it gets heavy and doubt using some kind of Winch to lower and elevate would be worth the extra $? I also made a support chain, the Pipe had an Arm that extended out away from the main support pipe. I had to lock it with a weld peice of chain to the lower section and the upper section as I had someone try and take it but might have been to Heavy for them to deal with once they shimmy up the Support Pipe but they did break off the Solar Panel that charged the Battery . Also know that a 55 Gallon Barrel is not easy to get in place I left the short legs on it to help with taking up and down after the season. Todays cost for pipe and such is a lot of $!
That said we can no longer use them or Bait including Attractants or Minerals as Michigan Considers them Bait! I tossed out the 55 Gallon one earlier this Still have a smaller Game Country 16 Gallon but it does not take up much space as the 55 Gallon Moultrie had. Since I have a 10 ft A Frame Ladder it made it easy to fill with a 5 Gallon Bucket to refill it. If you are allowed to use a Spincast you might want to wire it up with a Remote Control that has the unit go off as the corn hitting the spinner plate seems to alert deer there is corn on the ground. But I never had any Good Bucks come in to the feeder during legal hunting hours. But each place has different things I know in Texas when I hunted there they used Spincast Feeders and had some decent bucks come in but they used Feeders for Years. Each place seems to have deer react differently as feeders were not common in Michigan even had a few Bears visit once it went off! You can buy different Timers as some are only dawn & dusk while others you can program for set times of the Day they aren't that much in cost at least they were not 20 years ago!
