What's best arrow heavy or light for low poundage bow

I just ordered Gold Tip Velocity XT .340 spine from Lancaster.. having Lancaster them cut them to 28" and install 100gr brass inserts.. Total arrow weight will be around 458gr with good FOC, with 2" blazer vanes which I'll fletch myself. I like around 450 ish.
