Soil Test

Did you get a soil test? A soil test will tell you a lot as far as what you need to put down for lime and fertilizer. You also have a PM.

 

You must be hunting next to me as I have the same sandy soil. I had soil tests done and the ph was a little on the acidotic side. I have not planted anything out there yet but am planning on trying this year. I did put some lime down on the field last year and I could tell a big difference in the weeds that grew there. They were much greener than the surrounding vegetation.
