I have a qad hdx drop away rest that is prob.the noisiest part of my sweet fred bear venue. What would be the best way to silence this thing other than going back to my whisker biscuit? Thanks everyone in advance for your advise on thos matter.

when you have a really quiet bow and your coming from a WB the QAD will be what you hear, assuming its not slamming the shelf or the arrow is not hitting the launcher. I hear the sear of my release and it drives me nuts but deer just cant seem to get out of the way fast enough.
If its just the normal rest noise you should be fine

Some people chase speed and I use to........now I chase silence.......lol. If you get your bow really quiet (not light arrows and nothing on the string quiet) you will hear the rest. Granted it's not loud enough to make a big stink but you can get a bow more quiet not using a drop away rest. I use this one for that very reason.
