I went last week to the Bass Pro Shop and looked at some Binoculars(all 10x42). I looked at the Nikon Pro Staff 7's, The Monarch 3's, The vortex Diamondbacks and the Bushnell excursion's and Legend's. I looked at the Redfield Rebel's and I was just blown away by the clarity and brightness. So I went back down to Kinsey's today after work and looked at the Pro Staff's, Monarch 3's and the Excursion's again and compared them to the Redfields. Again...the Redfields look the best to my eye. So deciding that it wasn't a fluke...since it was two different sets of Bino's in two different places....I broke down and bought them.
So my question is...I hear so much on here about the Vortex's and Zen Ray's and some about the Nikon's and Bushnell's but relatively little about the Redfield's. Why don't more people like them? They are solidly built, leupold glass and lifetime warranty by leupold. They seemed like a steal to me as they were $50 less than just about everytyhing I was comparing them too.
