Correct me if my logic is wrong here....

If you have to change your shooting grip (open to closed lets say) or you put on a custom grip to shoot better groups -or for any other reason for that matter... (and how about going from low to high wrist - probably not as critical so maybe you can get away with only sight pin adjustment)

Chances are you also have to re-establish center point on your arrow rest - right??!!
So even once you adjust your pins, you still need to re-establish center on the rest by performing walk-back tuning - yes??!!

i would say you need to recheck but your bow may not need to be changed...but definately double check if you change something...

you will know right away once you start shooting at different distances if the bow is off.
