Where could I get carbon fiber vinal? Would this work to cover sideplate grips?

Contoured sideplates, like Hoyt's grips, would be very hard, or impossible, to cover in vinyl without screwing it up. Vinyl wouldn't have any stretch or pliability so it would wrinkle going over the curves and contours, like the thumb shelf.

Why not dye, stain or paint them black?

You would be amazed what you can do with vinyl and a blow dryer.

You can try:

Metrodecals.com for vinyl or

carbon creations at http://www.carboncreations.com/twt~page~itemid.38 for carbon grips.

I have not dealt with either just had a project in mind the other night and found them on the internet.
