Where would I be able to find 125gr
"Glue in" points for the 2312 shaft?

Everywhere I have looked I have found either Eastons which max out at 100gr or the PDP's.

that is the same reason I am trying to stay away from the add on weights and as for the screw in inserts I have had a few pull out of the shaft in the target so I am hesitant about using those too.

I bought a few packages from F/S last year. I thought I got the last ones. Guess not. Well I MAY have some for sale if they don't fit my 2315.
