I have had both, and my vote goes to the pro model, because of 2 things! 1, it is much lighter overall and 2nd it is cooler for warmer weather.

My wife bought me the reversable/ hunter orange one. I love it. I like all of the pockets of that one !!!!! Make sure you get plenty of pockets !!!!!!!:darkbeer:
