I want to purchase some maxima 350's.
Here are my scenarios.
I am pulling between 68 and 72 lbs, or between 78-83 Adjusted Draw weight lbs.
GT500 @ 28.5" draw.
All arrow weights are with nock, collar, insert, tip, vanes (15grns?)

28.5" w/ 100grn - 372.4 grns

28.5" w/ 125grn - 397.3 grns

29" w/ 100grn - 376.5 grns

29" w/ 125 grn - 401.5 grns

Which arrow will give me the best accuarcy/spine/broadheadflight/KE? You get the point. Which length and tip weight will work the best for my setup?

I will only be hunting whitetail and shooting a little 3d with these arrows.

Not with the same bow, but with an Allegiance, which is not that far off in terms of performance, I shot 28.5 inch maxima 350's 100grain head drawing 70lbs @ 29.5" and they flew perfect and broadheads tuned great. Made the mistake of trying to get a little more weight behind my arrow and went with a 29" Gold Tip and had to cut them back down, amazing how .5" could make that big of a difference in the spine (broadheads flew right no matter what I did). I think you would be set up great with 28.5" 350 drawing around 70lbs with a 100 grain head, my arrow weight was dead on with yours at 373grains.

shoot 28.5 with a 100 grain that will be plenty enough weight for how fast your bow will probably be shooting, and the maxima hunters and maxima arrows have more weight in the front which provides better penetration since most of the weight is concentrated in the front.

I shoot a Switchback XT 72 lbs, 30" draw, 28.5" Maxima 350's with 100 grain tip. I'm not sure the IBO of the GT but I'm sure it's a bit faster than the Switchy... you should be fine around a 28.5" arrow with 100 grain tips at your 28.5" draw length.

you want the 250 not the 350 at 28.5" with a 100 grain point that would give you about 11.5 to 12% frount of center

All of the charts have said 350's. I have not seen one that says 250 with this bow or set up.

Ya, if anything........you might be underspined. I was shooting the Maxima Hunter 350's at 30.5" out of my 60lb Commander, then tried them in my 70lb Old Glory. WAY underspined with my 32" draw and 30.5" arrows. At 60lbs they shot OK, but as soon as I cranked the bow down over 62lbs......the arrows started smacking my rest big time. I couldn't tune that out. Went to a .300 spine and all is well. My Old Glory is nowhere near as aggressive as your GT500. I'd have someone run your setup through OT2 before going the 350 route. Nuts&Bolts ran mine, and even at 60lbs with 125gr heads I was underspined. Good luck.

I've had a 29/70 gt500 and now I have a 29/70 Z28. I shoot a maxima 350 cut just under 28" bare shaft with a 50 grain insert and 125 grain tip, wrap and vanes for a total weight of 448 grains. This arrow works great with both setups. The other arrow that performed very well was a goldtip 7595, cut to 29" shaft length, standard insert, vanes and 125 grain tips. For your setup I would probably go with the 28.5" shaft length and 125 grain tips. You can always alter tip weight to adjust spine.

thanks. I am shooting the 7595 right now at 29.25, but id like to go a bit shorter.
