Yes it can be shot with fingers, as it is a containment rest. I have one guy shooting with a tab that says he love the WB rest with carbon. He has shot for several months now and I see no change to the rest. I thought maybe you would see some damage to the rest from side pressure from finger shooting. I would send a email to the WB site and ask them if they have had any problems with finger shooter using their rest ????

It's a very good rest for fingers. I set my uncle up with one, who had been shooting a standard flippre rest for years. He griped and moaned about changing his rest until he shot his first group. He's never shot better. Matt

yes....

The guy who "one upped" me at the triple crown last year had one.:eek: Bare Bow class.:D I think I am gonna try one, if my groups get worse I can always go back to my flipper.:)
