My Pastor has asked me what would be a good hunting bow for him. Just a rough measurement of dl is 31” maybe longer but I wanted to get a idea on a good long draw adjustable bow for him. Older bow is ok as he wants to spend As little as he can. I can set it up just need some suggestions on one that would serve him well for hunting.

Just about every bow company makes bows that draw that long. On the economy side look into mid priced PSE bows. Most are very adjustable.

As Dale said, most companies make something that would work but I too have a long draw (32") and some companies only offer LD in their high end bows.
PSE has several good offerings and if he is not opposed to used, if you look around some I would suggest a PSE Shoot Down, that can be found for around $4-500 range.
It has a little longer ATA length than some offerings which I feel helps when you are a long draw shooter

Going to see if I can get a good idea of his dl before I jump on something unless I find a good deal. Really not wanting a high end bow unless it’s older. Don’t think he has ever shot a compound so wanna use the KISS approach.

Just purchased a BowTech Specialist 2 for one of my kids, goes up to 32.5” in drawlength.
