Last season I had excellent success hunting over a persimmon tree on public land. It was the only one around and the deer flocked to it. No this year there is about 3-4 inches of water in the flat that the trees are in. I therefore can't tell if there are tracks there. Will deer eat the persimmons out of a little water? I don't know if I should waste my time here or try to find another spot. What do you guys think?
