I assume you are talking about your limb bolts. If so, the only thing that will be changed is your draw weight. It will not mess anything up other than you will be shooting a tad slower or faster than normal which might affect your arrow flight a little.

You can also change the tiller and tuning of the bow with the limb bolts as well as turn the lb's up or down. If you need to back off some, or turn up just keep it even on both end as how much you turn the bolts.

Ditto that!!! You need to make sure you are keeping your limbs equal, to ensure this you can measure the tiller, distance from the string to the limb, right where it meets the riser, both limbs should be the exact same distance. Messing up your tiller can change your nock point.
