Anyone use the XOP receivers that you strap on to a tree and then hook your tree stand into that receiver?
Any comments on them?
Thanks

agreed on all points. a little loud, a little bulky, but does its intended job. i find the standard 6 point bracket on the stand bites much harder and is easier to level in crooked trees.I have one and have practiced with it. I could not get the stand snug enough to the tree. I think part of it may have been the tree I was using it on. The V bracket on my Vanish XT wasn't getting a good bite. The bracket itself doesn't really have much to bite into the tree. It's kind of heavy and can be loud setting the stand in it.
But it's definitely easier than trying to hold the stand and get the strap around the tree. But i've also been looking at one of these.
