Guys,

I am going back to a PSE bow for this 3d season. I have narrowed it down to either a 2106 Xpression or a 2016 Xpression 3d.

I am 5'9 with a 27" draw. I am strongly considering the benefits of a longer ATA bow. I use lighter stabs. 24" front and 12" rear. I have always used something in the 35" ATA window.

What should I consider before making the choice?

Are you shooting marked yardage 3d or unmarked? Have you shot a shoot thru riser before and how do you like them?

I will be shooting known. I have shot quite a few shoot through risers. I have always preferred them.

Either one should be a good choice for known yardage...I like a longer ATA for target as well but would prob go with the 3D. 35-37 is the sweet spot for me.

For unmarked 3d I like something with a little more zip like a Decree HD or Evolve 35.

The 3d is very well balanced without stabs. I’d mount your back bar on the lower point. Seems to like around 3 to 1 for me. I have 5 oz on a 30 in front bar with a 20 degree down angle and 12 in v-bars on the lower mount both with 8 oz.
