Hey everyone,

Beginner w/ a question here:

My bow has 4 sight pins. My top pin is set for 10 and 20 yds. What should I get the other 3 at? 30,40 and 50? Something else?

Thanks in advance!

Depends on your bow and how its set up. If you have a 10 and a 20 pin, that is impossible for most bows, since the 10 and 30 are very close, given the trajectory you have to start out with, because your sight is higher than your arrow, and there is an upward and downward arc involved. 20 is the top pin on most, and 30 the second pin. If you stand 10 yards from your target and shoot it with your thirty pin, you'll be real close. My multi-pin sight is set at 30,40,50,60,70,80 and 90. Confusing huh? Welcome to AT.

If I only had 4 I would set it up 25, 35, 45, 55. I know people think it is weird but it makes a lot of sense to me.

Yep^^^^ not weird at all. Try to get the most distance you can and the difference between actual 20 yards and your 25 yard pin would only be about 1 inch difference.
